Registration for the LIVE Administration and Business of Oncology Meeting, October 16-17, 2020 at the Hotel at Avalon closed as of October 9, 2020. Late registrations will be accepted on Monday, October 12,2020 only. Due to COVID-19 and the need to ensure proper social distancing, no late registrations are being accepted beyond this date. We appreciate your understanding of this restriction during these challenging times.

Note: The deadline to reserve a hotel room under GASCO's room block is September 24, 2020. The Hotel at Avalon is a popular venue and we encourage you to reserve a room as soon as possible.
Safety Precautions
The health and wellbeing of GASCO members and sponsors is of the upmost importance to us. As this will be a LIVE meeting, precautions to ensure the health and safety of all attendees will be in place for the meeting.
- The logistics of the meeting space will provide for social distancing.
- Face masks and individual 2 oz. hand sanitizer bottles will be provided to all attendees.
- A pre-screening, which will include taking a temperature read, will take place on Friday and Saturday morning at the time of registration.
- Included in the registration packet is a "COVID-19 Attendee Screening Questionnaire". Please plan to complete the questionnaire prior to arrival and have it with you.
- More detailed information on the registration/screening process will be provided in a future communication closer and prior to the meeting.
GASCO leadership thanks you for your patience, understanding and cooperation regarding these added measures that must be in place for live meetings during the pandemic for the protection of all attendees.
